The flag hardware and printed graphics will last longest if they are taken down during adverse weather conditions. Proper installation of the pole ground sleeve or spike in the ground will make it easy to remove and replace the poles. Damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Flag hardware warranty is against defects in material and workmanship, and does NOT cover damage due to accidents, abuse or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at the factory’s discretion.
