Comes with 24" x 36" 2-sided panel insert. Frame specifications:
- Legs made of 1 ½" steel tubing
- entire frame is coated with a black rust proof finish
- Holds 24" x 36" sign, up to 1/4" thick
- Coil springs attach base to frame
- Springs allow frame to withstand strong winds (test for up to 60 mph winds)
- Overall height: 46¾"
